Returns

We accept returned items that are unworn, in the original packaging with tags on and returned within 14 days of you receiving the item. 

If items are returned faulty or show signs of being worn then the item will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for any refund/ exchange.

Providing the item is received within the timescale above, we are willing to offer a full refund or exchange.

Return costs are to be covered by the purchaser and we do advise they are sent via a tracked service. We are unable to accept any returns that are lost – using a tracked service will provide insurance with the courier.
